Taking care of your data

The material you send is used only to bring the data into your account.
Nothing lost along the way
The old system and the original file stay as they are. You can check before and after.
Copy deleted at the end
Once the migration is done, the copy sent to the team is deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription?
To receive the data, yes: the migration brings the history into your stud farm's or clinic's GENNO account. You can request the analysis before subscribing.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size and format of the database. After the analysis, you get what comes in, the timeline and the terms, and only then decide.
My old system doesn't export anything. What now?
Talk to us anyway. The system's own backup is often enough; when it isn't, spreadsheets and reports help.
Can I keep using the old system in the meantime?
Yes. For the full migration, we agree on a date so nothing is left out.
