How does subscribing work?

Choose a plan and request your sign-up on the site. The GENNO team contacts you within 1 business day to confirm the plan, arrange payment and activate your account. Then you sign in on the web, add your first property and start using the app in the field. You can cancel anytime.

Can we migrate existing data from spreadsheets or legacy software?

Yes. Our technical team assists in bulk importing your horses, breeding logs, and client databases so you retain all historical records seamlessly.

Can I generate branded medical reports with my veterinary license for clients?

Yes! Every plan allows you to generate professional PDF clinical reports, pregnancy certificates, and zootechnical summaries branded with your veterinary clinic's logo and official signature for immediate dispatch via WhatsApp or email.

Which devices are supported?

The GENNO app for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android is coming soon to the stores. Meanwhile, GENNO works on any modern desktop web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
