Refer and earn rules

Anyone with a team account in an organization subscribed to GENNO. Each user has a personal link under "Invite a friend", in the app and on the web.

• A veterinarian, breeder or stud that did not have a GENNO account, signs up through the link and pays the first charge of a plan.
• Referrals of your own organization, or with the same e-mail, phone or tax ID as the referrer, do not count.
• The custom-priced plan, sold by a consultant, joins the program when the sign-up starts from the link.

10% off the subscription charges for 12 months from the first payment. On the annual plan, the discount applies to the first annual charge.

• R$ 100 in credit per valid referral (or the equivalent set by GENNO in the subscription currency), with no referral limit.
• The credit is released 7 days after the new customer's first payment, provided there is no refund or cancellation in that period.
• The credit belongs to the organization and is deducted from the next subscription charges; it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Unused credits expire when the subscription is canceled. Fraudulent or abusive referrals are voided, including credit already granted. GENNO may change or end the program at any time by publishing a new version of these rules; what has already been earned remains valid.
